Pickle Billers ("we," "our," or "us") provides a mobile application and related services (the "App") for tracking pickleball matches, stats, and social features. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Pro Subscription

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Pickle Billers Pro is a subscription tier that unlocks additional features (e.g., Heat Maps, Tournament Manager, Locker Room, Deep Analysis).
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and the respective store platforms.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

• Monthly Pro and other recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You will be charged the renewal price at the start of each billing period.
• You can turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and to renewals after the effective date of the change.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload false, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our permission

6. User Content and Data

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., match data, profile information).
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content so we can provide and improve the App.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Disclaimers

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• We do not guarantee accuracy of stats, rankings, or third-party data.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Nevada, with Henderson, Nevada as the preferred jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
